I liked Ludos Landing at first but after a second pass does not seem to have
the pace. Vice President is the class horse in the field but unsure on the ground.
Don't like the scrappy distances for Likealot plus it seems to struggle getting it's head in front plus
 the run over 1m 6f  indicates lack of speed in my opinion. I like the Jockey booking for Raintown.

I do not fancy Roman Spring here and that takes most of the book out. The bottom of
the market does not look appealing.

I am looking for the improvement factor 
here as the edge. Try and get a larger price on this horse near race start.

I think this is the better horse Cool Customer but I also like Old Habits, I prefer the former based on breeding.

The dead cert statement means nothing in horse racing unless it’s a walk over race! That means there is only one runner in a race.

So, what is a dead cert horse racing tip, quite frankly a horse that has hit 1.01 decimal odds in running in a race.

Now I have one exception to the rule here, if you know a potential group horse in the making that is making its seasonal debut on a racetrack in handicap company. These types of horses eat up the opposition in the handicap race and so they should.
I have examined low decimal odds horses less than decimal odds 3.0 in UK horse races for a period of seven days and there was no rhyme or reason to what won or lost the race based on these decimal odds.

So how do we find a dead cert horse racing tip, by hard work and I mean horse form study and do your own leg work. Pick a type of race you like a 7f flat race handicap or non handicap and work out the horse form. Practice this and you will get better by the day. The old saying practice makes perfect and it surely does. I have been doing UK horse form now for 30 years and I am still learning.
