How I Developed A Betfair In-Play Bot

I have been developing Betfair in-play bots for the last 20 years using the excellent Bet Angel software with the Betfair betting exchange. This Bet Angel software runs on my windows pc and on my android phone. I also use a VPS – Virtual Private Server for extra flexibility and security and uptime. I am an ex IT consultant with over 25 years’ experience with a computer science degree. I was freelance earning very good money until the wave hit the shore, and I had surfed that wave straight to the beach, in other words the market dried up!. I must thank my lucky stars that I was fortunate to be involved in that era.

So why did I want to develop Betfair bots? Quite simply 24x7 income stream via bots that operate across the world hands free!

Is it easy? No

Or else everyone would be doing it.

It still amazes me that people want to purchase these bots from me for small amounts of money!

Somebody puts months and months of hard work developing and testing a Betfair In-play bot and then someone wants to pay only £10 for it!
Would you do a full time job for 6 moths to be paid £10, I do not think so.

Coding The Rules For A Betfair In-play Bot.

The coding element for an ex IT professional like me was bread and butter stuff. Understanding the behaviour of the Betfair market was the difficult bit. My Betfair market was UK and Irish horse racing in the win market only and in-play.
I would run multiple versions of a bot in test mode using the brilliant Bet Angel software documenting the results and making small calibrations. I would make rapid headway for then suddenly the market would behave differently. Back to the drawing board but I am tenacious and then I finally produced a Betfair In-play bot that I was satisfied with.

Creating Variations Of The Same Betfair In-play Bot.

These three bots I developed and tested are outlined below. I have also used real money in my testing process to ensure the results were valid in terms of profit and loss account.

The bots produce a high level of profit for a minimal risk. A small stake of £2 can produce a nice profitable return.
The bots are very selective and work in the UK and Irish Betfair horse racing markets. Thus, the bot requirements require Bet Angel software and Betfair to run. Some basic level of understanding Bet Angel guardian and automation is required to use the bots.
