Four excellent handicap horse racing system paperback books that includes our latest book.
In our opinion the best four horse racing form guides or books for UK handicap and Hong Kong Sha Tin horse racing. Each quality book is well documented and provides excellent advice on how to read horse form for horse racing around the world.
I have included an example insert from each racing form guide or book.
Horse Racing Handicapping Formula

Targeting Mature Horses Horse Form
I only look at horses with an established career, these are normally 4 year olds or older but some 3 year olds (3YO) do have a number of races under their belt so do not dismiss 3 year old horses. Young horses improve at different stages in their life so they can be difficult to assess in their earlier years of physical development.
I like UK handicap races with seasoned professional horses where there is enough of a history of previous race form.
I always stay away from nursery handicaps and long distance handicaps 1m 5f and further on the flat and AWF – all weather racing.
I seemed to get my fingers burnt when backing in these types of races in the past.
Visualising UK Horse Racing Form System

It is very hard because most punters look at the wrong UK race form data and there is a problem with this approach. They simply process too much irrelevant data and their brains cannot retain and process it in that precise moment. They often switch between screens to cross reference facts etc. This causes you to lose focus and forget the horse form you have just previously processed. Now do not get me wrong you will get better at doing this and retain data for longer.
How to identify best UK handicap horses

Why it is so easy to use
This UK horse racing handicap system requires few horse racing form data variables and more importantly very little effort is needed to process this data.
Now this is important as having too much horse form data to process eventually causes brain fatigue. A punter will look at 2 or 3 races and then fatigue sets in and errors are made due to rushing the analysis of each race.
Hong Kong Sha Tin Horse Racing Tips

We are only interested in handicap races on the turf at Sha Tin racetrack and not dirt races at Sha Tin. I keep emphasising this so please remember this.
We ignore any previous horse form for any horse at the Happy Valley (Hong Kong) racetrack, so we only look at past Sha Tin horse form. We also ignore previous race form outside Sha Tin and Happy Valley (Hong Kong) e.g. European racetracks.
